How do you upload your xbox 360 videos onto EA Sports World?

Off your xbox 360, how do I upload my saved videos from there onto my EA Sports World profile page?

Well while playing the game Press (Start) and then go to Replay or instant replay and then play and stop the video were u want it 2 be and the press the button saying UPLOAD on the replay menu…and it will upload your video :)
