Notorious…Ian Thorpe..only for being a champion with integrity that had the world scrambling to get near him in the pool and out for that matter. He was proven innocent, not once but twice. So no need for your vitriolic diatribe to be taken as anything less than pathetic. What sports do you excel at…even your Hockey teams have lost their touch. You need cricket to give you something to cheer about. Fortunately here we have exceptional sportsmen from all walks of life who have made massive contributions, hence much to cheer about.

Before criticising others, fix your own backyard, not only in the sporting arena, but in the standard of living that your countrymen and women suffer through. All the racist crap coming from your supporters and references to Australia's history is a joke given the state of your own country. Fortunately Australians have been mature enough not to give you a true run down on your own past and present.

You are absolutely right , Abha. They are just a bunch of cheats and they should be banned from international cricket. They may be a talented team, but, the Sydney Test showed the whole world what type of cheats they are. They are a 'black mark' on international cricket. I never expected that they will stoop to such a low level to equal the record set by Steve Waugh & Co. The Australian cricketers and people are also justifying their behaviour. Shame on them!

I agree,hang on i'm Australian i forgot.I don't know about banning them but i would say they are as bad as anyone else.I think part of the problem is there is a lot of pressure on all sports people today,there is too much money involved,they all get paid way too much and they are expected to perform.Plus people look up to them and admire them why?have they cured cancer no,apart from playing sport what else do they do?have big heads and think they can do what ever they like.

Ya surely they should be banned frm international sports bcoz they dont know how to behave with the other country people.A sprotsman should be a gentleman first.But australia does not have sportsmanship at all so they have to ban frm international cricket…………
they r thinking that winning does matter but not at all…..
taking participation is important according to me…….
In that situation they r the worst team i ever seen……..

Being accused of something does not make you guilty of it. Quite often the media and such make up these stories for a little attention of to sell a paper.
As for cricket it was actually the Indian player who used the racial language against Australia. Therefore shouldn't they be banned.
Good and Bad decisions are made in any sport and the rule should be that the umpires decision is final. All these cameras, replays' and third umpire decisions is what is ruining the game.
I think the Aussies are true sports heroes and they have not changed the game. They are good at playing cricket and other countries don't like being beaten, therefore they make a big hooplah out of a decision that upset them. If the Indian player had not made the racist comments then he would not have got the 3 game ban and we would not of heard any negativity about this game.
Go Aussies Go.
